By Ashlynn Welker On Saturday, July 16th, 2016 an estimated 100,000 Evangelicals gathered on the National Mall for a reset. Together 2016's main purpose was to gather together Christians from around the nation to pray and worship in unity. Headed up by young Evangelist, Nick Hall founder of Pulse Movement, the event boasted speakers and artists from all areas of Christianity including a video greeting by Pope Francis. Some of the notable speakers and artists include; Hillsong United, Kari Jobe, Francis Chan, Lecrae, Crowder, Kirk Franklin, Matt Maher, Tim Tebow, Ravi Zacharias, Jeremy Camp, Andy Mineo, Michael W. Smith, Lauren Daigle, Christine Caine, Mark Batterson, Josh McDowell, and Ann Voskamp. Through our work with the ONE Campaign, the Clapham Group helped to architect a partnership between the ONE Campaign and Together 2016. The ONE Campaign hosted the official Cause Tent at Together 2016 with Save the Children and World Relief encouraging attendees to write their world leaders urging them to prioritize the refugee crisis. Attendees were given a uniquely immersive experience of a day in the life of a young girl in rural Kenya via virtual reality produced by ONE. Matt Maher, recording artist and long time supporter of ONE, shared a special message with the crowd: https://vimeo.com/178079109
